Section 48
Action and settlement of cases before two courts or bodies

(1) If a case related to an offense falls within the jurisdiction of more than one court and the case is filed in more than one court, the court in which the case was first filed, and if the case is filed on the same day, the court hearing the appeal of such court If it falls within the jurisdiction of the designated court and the court that hears different appeals, the court designated by the Supreme Court shall take action and dispose of the case related to such offense.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if a case related to an offense falls within the jurisdiction of a court or a quasi-judicial body and a case has been filed in a court or a quasi-judicial body, the action and trial of such a case shall be done by the court.
(3) Even if action can be taken jointly under sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 54, if the case falls under the jurisdiction of different types of courts or judicial bodies, the competent authority according to law In principle, the court or agency should take action and remove it.
